I’m Crystal Fenwick, PhD — founder of Psynchronicity and personal transformation coach walking my own path of self-realization.

My work isn’t about fixing, optimizing, or performing better in the lives we’ve been programmed to lead. It’s about unlearning. Unraveling. Becoming intimate with the inner truth beneath the external story. And learning to live from a place of authenticity.

I speak from lived experience. Years ago, I answered a call that was impossible to ignore — a rupture in my life that left no choice but to begin again. The path that followed took me deep into my body and my nervous system and eventually beyond story, beyond identity, into something much more vast and real. Into embodied presence.

This is the space I now hold for others.

My philosophy

  • I believe in the body’s wisdom.

  • Fear is not the enemy — attachment to fear is.

  • We don’t need to transcend this world to be free — we need to remember how to live in harmony with it.

  • Your story is sacred, but not necessary to transform.

  • We can release stored energy from a place of non-attachment.

  • Self-realization is not an end point — it’s a continual process of creation.

“I’m not here to change you. I’m here to walk with you as you remember who you are.”

My Commitment

  • I will meet you in presence, not performance

  • I will hold you in compassion without collusion

  • I will invite your full self — not just the parts that feel safe to show

  • I will not pretend to know your path, but I will walk beside you as you uncover it

If you’re ready to do the work — real, embodied, accountable work — I’m here.
